Part way through a big outbuilding project the same customers enquired with us about doing some refurbishment works in they’re existing loft conversion. Having been done many years ago and not to the best standard, we were given the task of stripping back to a blank canvas and starting again.
The plan was to add some Velux windows for more natural light and create a bedroom, dressing room and ensuite. They also decided to refurb the existing downstairs bathroom at the same time as many items needed removing to get the plumbing upstairs.
Upgraded insulation was added, spotlights and new sockets throughout, a custom wardrobe/dresser was built and sprayed to customers specifications and ensuite designed and built to best make use of the sloped ceilings.
